I've been thinking about to help with my emotions and IBS doing a meditation class. One of the other things I have been looking for is a club-like setting. Being in school, the later years, it is difficult to always see people as we are on different schedules. Also, it's nice to have a life of your own, a club, where you can and network out, meet different people from your friends who in some way, you have more in common with.
I have an incredible amount, for a young person, stress and compulsiveness. I was hoping a meditation class would help me get a better handle on my behavior, allowing me to calm down, relax, think clearly, help with IBS, and be the club with people I have not had. A 3 in 1 type deal.
I wanted to know if any of you who have done or know meditation classes would be able to offer any realistic insight. Thanks, you all are quite helpful.
