If the little BMs are just that - small, frequent, annoying as heck - and don't come with serious cramps or screaming urgency, I'd keep doing what you're doing and make sure you're getting a good amount of an SFS. For me, once the cramps and horrible urgency went, several BMs a day were the norm for a while until I got in more time on the diet and a good bit of SFS. It was as if my gut had stopped twisting itself into a pretzel, but hadn't quite figured out a rhythm yet. Sort of like rehab: your leg isn't broken anymore, but you need to learn to walk all over again.

I've forgotten and I'm too lazy to do a Search: are you using Immodium and/or something like Donnatol?
