I haven't tried them, so I can't speak from experience. You might check with your doctor and see what she thinks. I'm surprised at the vinegar causing diarrhea. I did a quick Google on "vinegar diarrhea" (no quotes) and the references I saw referred to vinegar as a cure for diarrhea. Are you taking it after a solid SF base? Could you try taking a little less and see if it still helps with reflux?
