I know I can do it after reading sooo many stories when I did a search...but I still have a few ?s for the 'pros'! First, did it take your body a long time to get back on track? I am pretty stable now and am worried this is going to make me unstable again (I am IBS A). Also, any helpful hints as to take the nulyte solution? I am not great with the taste of this... I took mag citrate once and could hardly stand it. My doc's office said they really want me to give it a try since it cleans me out the best... so any advice? I heard to mix it with chrystal lite (which is going to be strange since I haven't had fake sweeteners forever!)...any other help?
