I have four, but if I get many more, I'll have to have part of my colon removed. The belief used to be that seeds were to blame, seeds that got stuck in the "pockets," unable to get "flushed out," and became infected. Actually, I'm hearing now that it's high fat foods that are to blame. On a positive note, CONGRATULATIONS on not having IBS! That's MARVELOUS news! Please share your diet with us.
