Hi Janie - sorry you're feeling so bad. I'm not an emotional eater, but I was thinking you may benefit from Breaking the Cycle. Try to get yourself on a fiber supplement, if you're not already on one. If you can drink peppermint tea, that may help with the pain.

You should really stay away from the coffee & the Coke. They're bad news for IBS.
