Is the Kinnikinnick bread IBS safe?

Do you eat a SF source before eating this bread? It contains lots of seeds. Don't they bother you? It sounds so good! But it also sounds pretty iffy with the IF. I've had the brown rice bread by Food for Life, but didn't think that would be a safe SF food to eat alone either (and it contains fruit juice concentrates which I thought would be bad because of fructose).

I couldn't find the cookies on their website...but again, they sound so good!

I've had Kinnikinnick white rice bread, yeast free tapioca, and the donuts...but all of them contain whole eggs. I'm not sure if this is okay since it isn't exactly like eating an entire egg yolk at once. But then again, all the recipes here call for egg whites only. I just don't know if I'm sabatoging myself by eating these.

But thanks for the recommendations. I'm glad you have determined that they are safe for you.
