I'd had a barium enema that hadn't gone through at all. Colonoscopy: Can't remember the prep, couldn't have been too bad. Asleep all through the procedure. It had been so long since I had a night's sleep, that I didn't wake up for hours. They put me in the ER and watched me. I woke up once in a while to see what was going on and then right back to sleep. Really nice. The doctor said I had a very tortuous bowel and he was tired after the procedure.
