You might find some good ideas and tips there. You could also check out the websites for various fast food restaurants to see nutrition and ingredient information. I think it's really hard to get a safe meal at a fast food restaurant; it seems like everything is either high in fat, HFCS, MSG, or contains whey. Sometimes ingredients change, so one month that sesame seed bun might be safe, but the next month it might contain dairy. HTH! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
