Hi Dan, I still eat them ocassionally, but not a whole lot in
one sitting, just like a cups worth or so. They even seem to
help get me to go. You also have to make sure they're cooked
long enough, if not you will get much more gas.You must've
hear the old limerick,
Beans, Beans, Good for your heart,
The more you eat, the more you fart,
The more you fart, the better you feel,
So eat beans with every meal.
