Hi,
I'm new here, and hope I'm posting on the correct board. Anyway, in January of this year, I had gallbladder surgery and since that time, it seems as if my colon has gone to sleep! I also have U.colitis, and didn't expect to have constipation. I eat lots of fruits and veggies, brown rice, whole wheat flour, take metamucil or citrucel three times daily followed by gallons of water. I also walk 3 miles every day! I suffer from a lot of bloating and gas (this didn't happen before). Any ideas or suggestions?
