I don't have an answer for all, but from my past experience when I was weight training, flax oil caps, and your Calcium supplement can be taken after meals. Your probiotics should be taken on an empty stomach either 1 hour before meals, or a couple of hours after meals. Fibre caps need to be taken on a empty stomach too. Digestive Enzymes are usually taken about 15-20 minutes before meals.

Now, since you have IBS, I'm not too sure if this sequence still applies.
