I prefer the rice cheese over the veggie cheese. As for sanwiches my hubby(who doesn't even have IBS) LOVES hummus, cuccumbers and tomatoe sandwiches! Have you tried to soy "fake chicken", its actually pretty good! Instead of tradional salad try a pasta and bean salad! I found a low fat garlic vinagerette "oil" type dressing I mix it with instead of may. I also like pocket pita stuffed with hummus. Hope something there sounds yummy to you!
