I am vegetarian and I love bread but I am at a loss as to what to have in sandwiches. I eat vegie patties in a bun but I need ideas for sandwiches that can be eaten cold. Now that I have excluded cheese and salad is a trigger I am stuck and I miss sandwiches. Peanut butter doesn't seem to digest well even with low fat varieties.I haven't tried the vegie cheese - it looks yucky to me - is it any good???
