Try some soothing herbal teas. Fennel, cammomile or ginger are a good choice.

Avoid peppermint as it can sometimes be a problem for GERD sufferers.

Also avoid artificial sweeteners as they can upset IBS-D.

Cranberry juice is usually safe or caffeine free iced teas if you are after something cool.
