Maybe by exercising, your body is just trying to eliminate more waste b/c it's stimulated? I've noticed that sometimes, if I haven't had a BM before I go exercise it's the first thing I do when I'm done. If you exercise consistently, you'll probably find that your symptoms will get better. It has something to do with your colon relaxing with the exercise and it learns to do this even when you're not exercising. Hope that helps! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
