As with anything, 'your mileage may vary'. There seems to be some optimism that a supplement that does work may be developed in a few years time. I've lately come to the conclusion that, even if it works, I'm not prepared to be on any weight loss supplement for the rest of my life (which is what it would take as I'm a food addict).
