After giving up on all man made versions I took red clover and used progesterine cream for awhile, and it worked for the hot flashes/mood swings but did nothing for "libido". Then this last fall I went to see a doctor that takes blood samples to see how much you're missing of what, and then they compound a hormone replacement just for you. I've been taking it since Sept and have never felt better (barring the IBS of course) I take a custom blend of Est/Test/Prog and also take DHEA 10mg 1x per day for energy and it's working great!
