Update on getting off the Clon Cleanse....       01/23/06 08:04 AM Edit Reply Quote Kiwii Reged: 09/27/05 Posts: 546 Well, so far so good. I'm on a SFS 3x/day & today is my first day w/out Colon cleanse. I was down to 2 at night. So far, I've gone twice! Funny how we can get so excited about our bodies functioning normally!
