I think I MISLEAD YOU THO,......cause I HAVE IBS D. I started w/IBS C MANY years ago, but for AGESSSSSS it's been the REAL URGENCY & D.......if going more than once in one day. BUT.......the absolute D came back w/a vengeance this summer!!! And great pain again!
It's certainly understandable that the body wants to expel pathogens and would do it thru D. This is WHY I AM WONDERING abt. the bacterial overgrowth for which I believe the test is for Clostridium Difficule? (correct me if I'm wrong).
One more question I have is what are the THREE STOOL TESTS or samples as you said???
Just read the article abt. lactose intolerance and am scheduled for this. Sounds like UGH......if you ARE intolerant. I sure know it's not great for me (dairy), but know that IBS sufferers have trouble w/it anyway.
Please READ my LATEST POST re: Why Nausea Drug would work very well for IBS D, seemingly better than Librax. This is what makes me wonder about the bacterial overgrowth!!!
