If you are eating them plain, I would suggest making sure they have a little salt in them -- it gives them more flavor. Also they are really good with apple butter on them. They may have some flavors, too, at the health food store and I'm sure there are some at the regular grocery store with flavors -- but read the labels, because they might add alot of bad stuff and I know some of them have cheese in them.
