Wait... no just kidding!       01/13/06 05:47 AM Edit Reply Quote rn21666 Reged: 09/01/05 Posts: 255 Loc: Maryland We are in the same boat: I have been eating cheese, drinking milk and cookies, eating chocolate, Taco Bell, and even has a little Dr. Pepper. But now that it is my time of the month, my IBS has come back. I do go through bouts of where I can do almost anything I want and it usually last 4 weeks or so and then it rears its ugly head. I am thankful that we sometimes get a break and are able to be normal for a little while. It goes and comes. I proably have a good spout every 2-3 months.Good luck I hope yours last for a long time.
