Maybe I should not complain since I feel pretty darn good and stable, but I've noticed two things going on.
A. I only have a bowel movement every other day instead of the usual once a day. It's not urgent and there isn't any more straining than normal, it's just not as frequent.
B. I am gassy at some point everyday. It's not painful or scary (yay), but I kinda feel sorry for anyone in my vicinity, because it is stinky! (Eventually, I take a Phayzyme 'cause it's the polite thing to do. )
I feel fine, though. I have been eating Snorkie-safe, have exercised, etc. I'm just wondering if the every other day variation and the gas is something to keep an eye on. Anyone?
