Ok, so I'm letting it soak in the sink for awhile. (it doesn't seem to be absorbing much water.) I was afraid to microwave it for any longer than the 1 minute it said on the instructions. I was afraid it would explode! Don't laugh but I had a pot roast explode one time when I reheated it in the microwave and I had grease on my face and on the vaulted ceiling in my new kitchen! So I'm a little paranoid about heating up things in the microwave, especially when they're plastic. Seems to me like you'd need to poke holes in it like you do for a baked potato.
