Hi, yes add back the fiber slowly, like in the morning a 1/2 banana or a couple of slices. Maybe a peeled peach with lunch a couple of slices, or some avocado again not at all at once but what doesn't irratate you and try to eat the same way everyday for a few days and then add different to your diet and use Heather's guide insoluble and soluble and mis match your fiber parts. Once you stablelize try drinking soy milk 1/4 cup at a time with meals gets more nutrients. Glad to share some of things I do. Feel better soon, I know you will. Sherri
