A lot of us here take it when we need to without any problems... and if it's an allergic reaction you're having, which is what it sounds like, it will hopefully help. Good luck, and keep us posted! PS - The ingredients in that bread are very safe... you should have no IBS problems from it. Kind of a moot point if you're allergic, but I figured I'd throw that in since you did ask!
