I have maintained a 33 loss for over 2 years now, with 1 of those years being a bad IBS year. Side note: I follow the points/flex system. I'm not too familiar with the Core plan. I know WW does not work for everyone, and you will read a number of bad reports from users here. However, it does work for a lot of others, or they wouldn't still be around.
