SO AM I!! ps--i *do not* recommend taking/trying that organic fiber blend [member awhile back we were talking about it?] i got it and well--you may as well just stir in psyllium powder to water and try to choke it down! it tastes like liquid oatmeal which doesnt make you want to take it moreso remembering to take it daily is a pain. i stopped my routine of it before it even started and since then ive been stuck with the C too its dreadfully uncomfortable.
i havent a thing to recommend you either--otherwise id probably be feeling better as well. anything i could offer has probably been said already but its worth a try! maybe go back to a few days of BTC? i know its a pain but b/c its so starchy it will probably build up good poops so you can at least get some relief. stick to basics and keep water and a pot of peppermint tea on hand. do you work/go to school? maybe take a day off. ive been relaxing from the holidays and though im still C, its been a lot less stressful on my bowels then if i were to be working. also, i wanted you to know: i found this great little place by me that offers hour-long yoga sessions for only $10! theres no hidden fees or paying in advance and its really great. i know youre in chicago but im not sure where. if youre into yoga and around milwaukee/central/foster, theres a strip mall with a building called GLADSTONE CHIROPRACTICS. they teach yoga there and it is wonderful! ive only gone once but afterwards i felt great. they have mostly night hours too, around 7 and one saturday class at 10. i felt awesome after i left and want to keep it up for my IBS [i explained that to the instructer and she did special stretches specifically for digestion] anywhoo i hope you feel better sweetie! post back if you got some remedies i havent tried yet k? later!
