I am doubled over this morning, thanks to Maltitol Syrup. I swear, this Weight Watchers diet is gonna kill me. Yesterday I had cabbage -- well, it was in the soup that's zero points, so I had to have it -- and Maltitol in the Weight Watchers candy, green salad with fat-free dressing that contains (you guessed it) more HFCS! Then of course an apple for dessert and for health. My stomach is exploding as we speak. Ooops -- gotta GO!
