Yep, yogurt gives me HORRIBLE attacks and D like I have never imagined. Even when I take a dairy digestive supplement. If you try it, always start small. Just eat a little bit and see how it reacts in your system for 24 hours. I made the mistake of eating a whole tub in one sitting! It digested just fine....However, the next morning.....ATTACK CITY!! It was horrible. I guess I was just lucky that it didn't trigger an attack instantly.

I am also on primal defense and I seem to notice a difference in my gas and bloating. It's expensive so I only take 2 a day. I can't take more than 4, anyway, without getting D. So, it works out for my body AND my pocket book to just take 2 a day and get decent benefits from it.

Good Luck!
Michelle
