IBS-C Hi Jenix, Your description is a bit confusing,you say that you have a really bad stomach ache and the head spins, but you're not actually sick. It sounds like you are sick. Any- way, your symptons are indicative of an ear infection. I don't think it's IBS related. Ear infections commonly cause head spins and nausea.
