Yes I know. Well I don't actually know if it hurts me yet because I only take around one sip each day. Probably not enough to naturally build up the digestive enzymes or anything, but I haven't had the courage to take anymore. I really want milk and cereal though. But I'm actually too afraid to even try cereal except for rice krispies!! I have been on the diet for 5 weeks, and I am only sticking to the very safe manufactured items, and avoiding additives.
