I heard on the news that it's the "major contribution to obesity" in America! Not only that, but it's my biggest trigger. I can be guaranteed an attack if it's anywhere on the ingredient list. While it's a big hassle checking the back of everything I buy in the grocery store, I still do it -- and hubby helps -- looking for that damn HFCS! Avoid it like the PLAGUE!
