I'm a bit confused about graham crackers and whether or not they are safe foods. Heather lists keebler graham crackers as safe, but my stores do not sell this brand!
We have Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers around here.
So I was wondering, does anyone eat Nabisco Brand Graham
Crackers? If so, regular or Low Fat? What flavors, Honey, cinnamon, or chocolate?
If not, what is it that I am to look for in the ingredients list that would signal that is it UNSAFE? That is what really confuses me! How do I know it doesn't contain dairy? Or what other ingredients are dangerous for my tummy!
I'd really appreciate any help...french bread, rice, and chicken are getting boring!
