When I weight more and my tummy gets sore from it all...youch! The extra tummy weight HURTS!! So yeah. Def. having ANY extra weight on your tummy hurts...no matter where that weight comes from. Tight fitting clothes belong in someone ELSE'S closet P.S. I'm jumping on that weight losing bandwagon. I hope to buy a book called Body Clutter as a present-to-self at in the middle of Jan (it will be shipped...) and I can't wait! 8 months Bev? Sounds like a reasonable amount of time! I have 15-20 lbs to lose. Count me IN! P.S. Rachel...your weight sounds great at less than 130 and 5"8 (just not too much less I hope. All bods are diff. though.
