hey sidewalker       12/26/05 12:56 PM Edit Reply Quote little bear Reged: 12/22/04 Posts: 736 Loc: chicago thats the thing about homeopathic meds--im a vegan and found out most homeopathic pills are pressed w/lactose. that sucks for both my IBS and vegan diet b/c occasionally i cheat on my IBS diet and make up for it later but i wont cheat on my vegan diet. so when it comes to alternatives for pain, im usually at a loss for a solution. what type of meds were you looking to try? there's probably another type of something you can take that wont contain lactose. good luck! -------------------- VEGAN ASHLEY~IBS/C www.myspace.com/dutchflowers Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
