Welcome to the Boards! I think the other posters have covered most of what I would have said, except that if you're now just D (no C), Immodium can be a great help. Some people have used it on a daily basis to help calm things down while they stabilize on Heather's diet.
And I second, third, fourth the comments about how much help Heather's guidelines can be. I was about as D as D gets when I found this site and her books and they've worked miracles for me. I hope they do the same for you.
