and it wasn't my IBS flaring up. It was totally different and nothing I took (including Lomotil) worked on stopping it. My doctor prescribec Cipro thinking it was an infection or something. It did the trick but then I didn't go for about 4 days! I was normal after that (well normal for me) I know that Cipro is a strong antibiotic though and it can mess up your system pretty good. Not sure why he'd prescribe that unless he thought you had an infection or something. Sandy
