Marnie, try this soup it helped me. Chicken breast tenders and baby carrots, salt to taste. boil in distilled water. boil chicken and salt approx. 20 min or until done add carrots and boil about 15mins. Drink distilled water and use it until you stabelize. Drink chamomile tea all day, it will relax you and the tummy and increase your appetite. For breakfast have it and some rice cooked. and for lunch have it and some sourdough bread. Dinner the same. It will last in the frig. about 4 days. In 4 days you should stablelize and start adding back to your diet slowly. Hope this can help. Hope you feel better. Sherr1
