As you can see from the variance of our responses, it will depend for you on what you eat with it and on how your tummy generally copes with triggers. You're right - it's defenetly a trigger - but still, all of us have certain foods that we cheat with and somehow shore up our bodies to do so if we find the food that's worth it - so if you really think it sounds good, I hope you find a way to have at least alittle bit! But you'll have to use your own judgement...
