My boyfriend can't do white flour and uses spelt as a substitute. This got me wondering, exactly which grains are "safe" and which aren't?
Is spelt ok?
What about Millet?
Wheatberries aren't, correct?
Does anyone have any suggestions as to rules of the road on grains?
Any input is greatly appreciated - thanks!!!!
