So my luck, I have a boyfriend who LIVES to camp...no bathrooms ever. I, too, am IBS-D and I always manage by taking Immodium before I go, again during the evening if I feel nervous, and again in the morning. I know it's an uncomfortable thing, but when you have to #2 in the great outdoors, it's really not that bad. Just wander away from the campsite and hide behind some bushes. Bring a small trowel and a roll of TP or some wet wipes. (I find the wet wipes work best.) Just relax and do your thing. Trust me, everyone else does too  It's actually kinda fun if you let yourself stop worrying 
The best thing you can do is relax and try to enjoy yourself! Trust me, you'll be just fine!
