Well thank you for the information. I have been looking for something to use as my after dinner snack, besides Oat Bran and Applesauce. The problem with those is, they both are high in carbs, and I am concerned that I am having too many, causing me to be hungray, especially after dinner.
Jello presents a light, sweet, low carb snack I will be sure to use, would it be considered solubale fiber, because I would like have nuts at my last snack.
