If you have specific problems with acid foods, that's something else altogether. I have no problems with tomatoes and vinegar, but I don't use either one excessively... I can eat hot sauce just fine, but "a ton" of hot sauce would send me to the ER. LOL! Try going a little lighter on those acid/hot ingredients. You might not have to avoid them completely, just not go overboard. How much you can tolerate is an individual thing - none of us are going to be able to tell you how much vinegar/tomato/sauce is good for an amount of chicken. Like I said before, there's no reason to eat bland if you don't want to. Learn to use herbs and spices. Fresh herbs can make a huge difference in your cooking, and you might find you like it a whole lot better than hot sauce anyway. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
