The hotsauce and spinach would upset my stomach
I don't think it would necessarily be the vinegar but you never know. Acidity can do alot to your stomach but how much would really be in the sauce and the chicken was marinated in it, it is not like you had vinegar on it's own.
I personally can have chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar with no problems, and I have GERD.
Do you think that maybe you could be sensitive to tomoatoes? There are some people on here who can't handle them.
Sorry I guess I am not much help, just wanted to throw my thoughts out there.
