Sorry, I didn't mean I didn't believe you! I just don't believe what some people say on the net to promote their product. I used to do the Nature's Secret Ultimate Cleanse every year, until I got IBS. So, I'm not downing cleanses at all! I used them, too and did feel better after doing the cleanse! I just cannot do it, now, with IBS. I already have D, I don't need help in that department! I was always C before IBS and the cleanses really helped that, alot
