NOW, Source Naturals, any of those are reputable brand names. My gyn swears by one called first choice energy or something like that. You can find several choices on iherb though, and even some in powder form...Nature's Way has one called Alive! that looks great. I'm taking one now from NOW called true balance, and it is a powder filled capsule. I disolves in less than 10 minutes! Hope this helps! -------------------- God is Faithful!
