I have been drinking the Fennel tea for the past month and decided that it was making me feel worse rather than better. I started drinking some of it last night and started feeling bad so I dumped it.
Ironically enough, I was looking through my Herbal Remedy book today called "The Herbal Drugstore" by Linda White, MD and she says in that book that if you have reflux to stay away from fennel, lemon balm, peppermint and spearmint because they all relax the LES and cause heartburn. Have you ever heard of this before. ????
It makes sense to me, since it has been making me feel worse lately.
How you been feeling??? Haven't heard from ya in a while. You kick that cold yet???
