Because of my reflux, I cannot eat a whole lot in one sitting, EVER!! So, I eat a little bit all day.....then I stop at "dinner time" and I'm dying by the time I go to bed. It seems like I just set myself up for a stomach ache, doesn't it?? I wake up every single night with hunger pains and stomach aches.......So, I don't know what to do....I guess I might just have to wait it out till my reflux heals so I can eat more during the day.
