Are you saying that: having a variety of foods for your supper will not cause bloating as opposed to one single type of food? For instance, if I ate 2 baked potatoes for supper there would definately be bloating, but if I was to consume the same quantity of those potatoes but with different foods -there would be less bloating problems?
But something recommended and so filling (to me) such as a smoothie, would bloat me as well! Does this mean that my toleration for food quantity is very low?? And would that also mean that I have to have something equivalent to a small snack for supper to avoid the risk of bloating?
